FAQ
After my membership expires, do installed skills keep working?
Yes. Skills already installed on your machine keep working — you just can't download new premium skills or get updates until you renew. Renewing restores everything immediately.
Do singly purchased skills expire?
No. Single purchases are one-time payments with permanent access, including future version updates of that skill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Benefits last until the end of the current billing period with no further charges. Lifetime needs no canceling — one payment, permanent.
Can I upgrade monthly/yearly to lifetime?
Yes. Pay the difference while your membership is active — contact support for now (self-service upgrade is coming to the account center).
Is checkout charging real money now?
